A Five-Minute Morning Ritual for a Heavy Week

Small, consistent, and not tied to any single tradition.

When your Wellbeing reading comes back low, the instinct is to fix it with one big gesture. Usually the more durable move is smaller and more boring: the same five minutes, most mornings, for a couple of weeks.

Sit somewhere quiet before your phone is in your hand. Name one thing you're carrying. Name one thing you're not going to solve today. Hold your stone, if you wear one, or don't — the ritual is the naming, not the object.

This isn't a fix. It's a floor.
